Non tradable debt instrument is a free template to create a simple debt agreement between a lender and a borrower. A non tradable debt instrument is in contrast to a tradable debt instrument issued to a specific person and can therefore not change hands.

A written non tradable debt instrument is a security for both the lender and the borrower where there is a written proof of the terms of the loan. In this template for a non tradable debt instrument there are provisions on the loan amount, loan duration, amortization, interest and penalty interest. A non tradable debt instrument must be dated and signed by both lenders and borrowers. Lenders and borrowers should receive one copy each of the non tradable debt instrument.
